Andy's Appliance Repair

Called with odor complaint on my dryer. They could have done some troubleshooting on phone to eliminate the 15 minute service call which I was charged full price. We stained a cabinet and were told the combo of flame from gas hitting fumes was the source of odor, allegedly. Based on techs conversation it is common so I think they could ask those types of ?'s on initial call as a source of good will saving me $79 or at least charge half for time. Solution: air out and pay $79 came out same day though so that's nice I guess more

My clothes dryer needed a new drum belt. We called and Andy's said they had the right belt. We brought in the original owners manual with the serial number and model number on it to be sure we had the right belt. Came home and the belt didn't fit it was the wrong belt. It was almost 5pm and on a Friday. I called and the person I spoke with told me they had given me the wrong belt and I could come pick up the right one. (I live on the other side of town) and they closed at 5:30. I would not be able to get there before they closed. I called another store that is only a few blocks away and they had the part so we picked another up from antoher store. When we returned the belt to Andy's the woman who was working was rude, not friendly and seemed very upset that we wanted our money back for the belt. We explained that they were the ones who gave us the wrong part even with the model number. She continued to be very rude. Horrible customer service! I will never go to or recommend Andy's to anyone in lincoln!!!! RESPONSE FROM Andy's Appliance Repair: I am truly sorry that you had that experience with our company. I understand the frustration in getting the wrong part, we use manufacturer lookups to make sure that we have the best information possible. If there is anything that we can do to make it up to you we will. more

We called Monday afternoon with a refrigerator issue, they sent someone out the next morning. Our Certfied Technician, Randy, diagnosed the issue and unfortunately did not have the part on-hand. He went out of his way at the end of the day to go pick one up and add us to his schedule before we went home, to ensure our family could have a functioning fridge ASAP. The customer service and dedication to the problem were fabulous. We highly recommend them. more

A tech from Andy'sAppliance Repair came out to check my front load whirlpool wash machine because it had been involved in the water damage situation after a water line broke upstairs under the kitchen sink. The spin cycle was not spinning out the clothes so when it was done the clothes were still very wet. He was courteous, removed his shoes at the front door and very knowledgeable. He had no problems n completed the repair then I asked him to run a load to make sure it worked. He worked past his 500 pm stop time n did not charge me extra. Thank you more

I am extremely happy with the service I received when my refrigerator broke down. I called on a Saturday morning and had a Service Tech there within 2 hours. He was very professional and polite while he worked on the appliance. He took extra care to protect the floor and counters from scratches or drips, and cleaned up after himself. (men can do that? ha!) As always, I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them to my satisfaction. I am a very happy customer! more

We've called Andy's Appliance for our repairs for 10 years and they are consistently excellent! It's not just one good serviceman, but every serviceman that has visited our home has called before arriving, courteously introduced themselves, and respectfully listened to our problem. Then, as he repaired the fridge/dishwasher/etc. he explained what he was doing, how to possibly avoid the problem in the future, and educated us on the specific make & model we owned. Our whirlpool gold refrigerator was less than 2 years old when the ice maker went how. Very disgusted by that. Andy's repair came an fixed it, it's working great now. I would recommend them and use them again. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER WHIRLPOOL THOUGH. more

My Washer was leaking water which was not good for a Washer on second floor of my house!I talked to a friend Brian Kitten and he recommended Andys.
