I ordered a calzone. After an hour and 10 mins, I called to make sure it was on the way. The man said "oh yeah, it should be there any second". 20 mins later, the delivery guy finally shows up. I was very nice and said "I only get an hour for lunch, and that's over so I can't eat. Can I at least get my money back for food I can't eat?" He call his boss. Well the boss proceeds to tell me how I "should have called the restaurant directly to find out exactly what time it would be here" (which I did. He claimed would have been 20 mins ago) It was "not his problem". So I said "obviously customer service isn't a concern of yours either, since you're not willing to work with me. I'm going to send the food back, which I can't even eat now and I'm calling the bank to stop payment". He said "I don't care I already have my money, you can get your money from GrubHub." I said "Well I paid Grub Hub and they pay you, so you are not getting my money!" And hung up on him as he was still yelling at me.
