Great Salon 7/28/2005

Andre Franca salon is located on Grand Ave in St Paul and has a great salon environement. They have male and female stylists, massage, and someone who does nails. It is very welcoming and friendly, and I have always been pleased with their scheduling service. In my observations, every stylist there is excellent and I would recommend any of them. more
