This company is awful. I was told by the woman in the office they would send me a check for the credit on my account, it never showed up. After a month I started asking about it again and was told I needed to talk to the manager who never returned my calls. Finally, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am still waiting for a rebuttal and resolution. Their first response after the complaint was I would be given credit. Our new home has electric heat so we have no need for their credit. I am so very tired of companies taking advantage of the consumer with no regard for customer service.
