Ignored and discriminated are exactly the words to describe the services.\r
Everyone here raves about her costumer service but I have experienced a bitter side.\r
If you are not one of her high paying costumers her outstanding costumer service and her wonderfulness seem to be missing. I really wish I could have received all that great costumer service everyone is raving about. I payed for a photo shoot that was to benefit a charity. I paid only a fraction of what most costumers pay but I knew I was getting a fun simple holiday print that would benefit a charity. While I eagerly waited for the fun prints to arrive right before the holidays they never came. I contacted her and was told they would look into it. The holiday passed and it was already too late so I left if for the following year. I contacted her again right before the holidays and again was told they would look into it. I was even interested in buying additional prints for a special project I had in mind. Well her costumer services seem to go missing as I never heard from her. I emailed a few weeks later no response at this point the dead line for my special project was nearing and had no time. I made an attempt to contact her this year again and simply wanted to know if she still had the prints but based on her in appropriate response and her rude behavior I can only assume that was a no. I'm done with her and I'm really sad that I will never get to enjoy those pictures. \r
For the record I'm not angry I'm sad that I was discriminated for not paying the big bucks like the rest of her costumers.
