Please do NOT waste your hard-earned money! The customer service is terrible. The jewelry associates are arrogant and rude. I was actually yelled at in the store and told ""not to come back"" after they refused to give me any type of paperwork for their supposed ""warranty"". It's truly sad that these people have been in business for so long. There are fantastic, personable other jewelers in the Valley... give them your business. more

I had a terrible experience with Amrhein's. I recently ordered a bridesmaid dress and they sent it to me small. Since I don't live locally I was unable to come into the store for measurements. When I ordered it on the phone, the salesgirl asked me for my dress size, and that it would suffice. It wasn't until I received the dress that I was informed that their dresses may run 2 sizes small. I also didn't receive the dress until the week of the wedding. It took four months to actually receive the dress. Since it was 5-7 inches too small I had to have it fixed and It cost me the original price of the dress to have it altered at my local seamstress at the last minute. Amrhein's will not take any responsibility. I don't know what is worse, the incompetent salesgirls answering the phones, or their customer service. I highly suggest shopping elsewhere. more

I had a wonderful experience at Amrhein's. The sales people are incredibly helpful without being pushy. They made me feel so comfortable and I got a beautiful dress for a very reasonable price! Additionally, I bought shoes there and had my dress altered by their tailor who did a great job! I would recommend this store to anyone it is a very classy establishment. more

Amrhein's Brides & Formals has the WORST service I have experienced. The workers are incompetent, failing to mention extra fees that I would have to pay. One lady told me that I had not paid for my dress, when I had paid for it months in advance. Then she said that it was not in the store, when in actuality it was. I spoke with the manager who had a nasty attitude and continued to talk over me during our conversation. I would NOT recommend purchasing your wedding dress or bridesmaid gowns from this shop. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! more
