9+ Year Roller Coaster Ride Over 3/14/2012

As a 9+ year customer every Dr. I've seen has been A+. Their 3 Year Club Plan is cheaper than the insurance my company offers. Most of the time I wear contacts using glasses only for back-up, so the limited glasses selection doesn't bother me. The prices on the contacts are standard. By the time the standard "extras" are added to the glasses, the price is, of course, more than advertised. I've had scheduled appointments & waited 2 hours, but other times have walked in without an appointment & been seen almost immediately. Usually there are a couple of office people who are professional & knowlegeable. Not always though. Once a worker refused to sell me reading glasses without the glare coating. I had to return the next week to buy them with the help of another staffer who informed the manager. When the glasses finally arrived the manager smuggly explained they were lost. The reorder took another 4 weeks. The next year all 3 of those employees were gone. Sometimes the workers have more

TO see or not to see 4/11/2008

These is a good clinic. They are located in a good spot in Marietta, they offer a wide selection of eye wear and the prices are fairly decent. Both of the doctors I have met seem to be very nice and give a through exam. more

A Good Deal 1/26/2008

I've been going to America's Best for many years and have always been satisfied. You can't beat the prices, even if you do have to wait for a little while. They offer different membership plans where you get free exams, discounts, etc. It's really a good choice if you don't have vision insurance! A+ more

IF you need Glasses or Contacts Don't go HERE 7/8/2006

Rude, slow service and no appology at all. I would not do business with these people ever again.\r \r I had to wait in the hot waiting area for over an hour to be seen by a member of the sales staff. when I arrived I filled out the documentation and presented it to the person at the counter. When i finally talked with a salesperson i was told i don't know how to do that. I asked does anyone in your organization know. The manager spoke up and said I don't know how to do that either. I had brought my own frames in to have lenses put in them. They are a plastic frame and I had the blank to make a lense. I called customer service\r and was told that they could not maked a lense for my glasses. This was done without even seeing the frame. If you don't purchase your frame from the store you may not be able to have new lenses.\r \r I was disappointed with the quality of service more than anything else I am sure that they must have some satisfied customers or they get new customers every more

Great service, better prices 6/16/2005

I had a free optical exam with my purchase of a new pair of glasses and $40 prescription sunglasses. The staff was helpful and light-hearted, and the optometrist was patient while I fidgeted through my glaucoma air-puff exam (I hate having things near my eye). The deals they have are great. Aside from a short wait, I couldn't have asked for better service. I'd recommend them to family and friends anyday. PROS: Suburban easy-access location, service, and deals on eyewear and contacts CONS: A suburban location means lots of little kids crying and screaming more
