I took a cab from downtown recently, and upon arriving home, I asked the driver to add over 20% to the total. Not only did he not say thank you, but the next morning, I saw three separate charges (all different totals) on my card. I immediately called the company to clear it up, and they promised to refund two of those charges (they said the driver was getting "duplicate charge messages", imagine that). This morning, I see a 4th charge on the card for a completely different amount. These charges are now totaling more than $220, and I have had to cancel my credit card and dispute the them, because I cannot get through to their accountant. I looked on the BBB site and noticed they have an "F" rating, as they've had at least 4 other complaints this past year, one of which was ignored. I would venture to say this happens more often than the ratings would indicate, as not everyone follows through. I will definitely avoid using this company in the future.
