I have used this location many times to get the oil changed on my car. They are fast, efficient, professional and friendly. The prices are very competitive. I am usually in and out of there with my service completed and paid for in 15 or 20 minutes. No need for an appointment. You can't beat that. The technicians guide you into the auto bay and determine what your needs are. Then you just have a seat in the air conditioned waiting area where there are magazines to read and vending machines if you want a snack or drink. The technicians come in within minutes to show you your air filter and discuss whether a new one is needed or if the current one is still fine. They go over the services performed and the services recommended. They are not pushy and have always been great about giving me time frames for services that are recommended. For instance if I needed a couple of things done but am tight on money they will tell me which one they recommend I get done sooner and a time frame for when I should get the other one taken care of. They keep track of all the services performed on your car in their data base so each time you go in for service it is updated and they see a record of any work they have performed in the past on your vehicle at any of their many locations. I have always gotten great service and have been treated extremely well by all the employees on site. The employees conduct business with honesty and integrity. They seem to enjoy working there and it shows in their attitudes. Their optimism and enthusiasm have a definite impact on my decision to come back and recommend them to others. I had a problem with my vehicle that was out of their range of expertise and they recommended a mechanic that is right next door, they told me he was honest and very good. I took their advice and found out that the All Pro Tune-up garage next door does quality work and that honesty and integrity is the way they conduct their business as well.
