You'll be hooked! I'm living proof, I started 12 years ago and even though I frequent a health club and exercise on my own I will never give up going to kickboxing classes at AKC (taught by the often copied but never equaled) Gary Miles. It's never the same class twice and it's the best work out for a woman, given the upper body training that you get. Mind you, it's not so bad for men either: my in shape husband was huffing and puffing after 5 minutes. You can pick up the necessary moves/punches within one class and you won't believe the workout you'll get. I may sound like an infomercial but it's all true -- I haven't stuck with anything else for 12 years!
