We got a great price for a leather sofa, matching chair, and wood/stone coffee table. However, the chair was back ordered. When they delivered the sofa and coffee table, there was a scratch on the sofa and on the coffee table. The delivery man assured us that someone would call us within the hour to have them fixed. Nobody ever called. We tried to call them numerous times, but every time it's just an answering machine and nobody returns our calls.
Our chair was supposed to come in Sept. 9th. We got a call saying it was going to be delivered on the 22nd, but we knew we wouldn't be home that day. Again, we tried calling to no avail. Finally after coming to our house on the 22nd, they called to reschedule. Now we have to wait until Oct 1st for the chair. Talk about bad customer service! Please, American Furniture! Answer your phones!!!!
