I don't know how these guys are with dishwashers or fridges, but my furnace went out today and we were left high and dry by another company. We called these guys desperate at about 5pm, and they sent Merrill out by 7pm (that's a late call!). He identified the problem (broken motor) and replaced it within about 10 minutes. In addition to that, in spite of it being a late call--he was kind, patient, and explained the issue to me in details that I could understand. That's what makes a great contractor/repairman--if he can educate the customer, because that empowers the customer and helps keep the customer from being had in the future. I highly recommend, especially if you get Merrill.
