Ambrosia Catering the BEST for Weddings 5/19/2010

Ambrosia catered our daughter's wedding at Belle Meade Plantation this past weekend. The menu received rave reviews--prime rib on rolls, shrimp & grits, corn pudding, steamed vegetables, and a five layer salad--it was all delicious and beautifully served. Sandy Ambrogi anticipated our every need, provided wonderful servers and bartenders, and even arranged for our linens and other needs. She and her assistant were very responsive to any question we had, even though the week before, Sandy had experienced flooding in her own basement at home! They absolutely made our wedding plans seem so manageable, and the wedding itself very memorable. Thanks, Amborsia!! Pros: Great food, service, creative ideas, and very accommodating! more

Great food & great service 7/11/2009

Ambrosia Catering is AMAZING! I can?t say enough great things about those wonderful people. Their food is absolutely delicious. Every wedding guest I?ve talked to about our June 7th wedding said they loved the food! I highly recommend the Apple Almond stuffed chicken and the Citrus Salad with strawberry vinaigrette?and the beef tenderloin was so tender you could cut it with a fork! I was soooo stuffed in my very tight wedding gown, but I had to eat everything on my plate:) Ambrosia?s fruit and veggie displays are so beautiful that they look like part of your wedding d?cor. Made my wedding a dream come true! 10/21/2008

The staff at Ambrosia was wonderful to work with! Anything we needed they said they could do. They made our wedding wonderful. They didn't just cater the food they did all the decoration placement as well as helping my family load the car at the end of the night. Great service! The food was out of this world too. All of our friends said it was the best food they had ever eaten. Would definitely highly recommend them. Pros: Very accomodating- work within your budget more

GREAT CATERING FOR ALL EVENTS! 10/21/2008

Hands down...BEST catering in Nashville. Not only do I regularly hire Ambrosia for my company's events, but also had them cater my wedding. The food is always top-notch and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Pros: Customer Service, Creative, Great Food, Friendly Staff, Beautiful Presentations Cons: Only Con....I can't hire them more often! more

One Happy Bride! 6/19/2008

I totally disagree with previous review... This company catered my wedding a few years ago and did a fantastic job! Along with Sandy's help, we created a fabulous menu that was to die for. My family & friends are still talking about it! The catering staff worked their tails off, everyone was very nice, and they didn't complain about the heat, June wedding! We used them for a company lunch. The food was hot, the deserts were good. The food was ok. To much seasoning and fat. more
