Idaho Falls Rentals responds quickly and I'm happy that they keep my unit rented. They got me an adjusted amount for the most recent lease and I felt it was very fair. They have been handling everything very professionally and I appreciate their services. more

If you own property in the Idaho Falls area but live far away, this is the company you should work with. They are thorough down to the smallest details, provide a personal service experience, and do their job with great confidence. What puts them over the top to exceptional service is their ability to give me results and confidence from so far away. more

Excellent Management 2/15/2012

I live out of state, with an investment property in ID. It is so reassuring to know that your property will be taken care of no matter what; and that is exactly what I have experience since hiring IF Rentals. Very Friendly Staff! 2/21/2011

Very friendly staff! We were in town and looking for a place to rent on Friday and Saturday and they were the only ones to take the time to show us around and help us. Our apartment is right by my husband's work and our neighbors are great. I recommend to anyone moving from out of town. more

Best Property Management in Idaho! 2/14/2011

Idaho Falls Rentals takes care of several homes for me. I was doing it myself and what a pain in the neck! They do a really good job for me, they are almost never vacant! It used to take me a month to turn around and get a new tenant; they do it in a couple of weeks or less. I recommend them to anyone that is tired of maintaining your rental properties yourself. more
