I used to go to dobbs for all my car repair needs. Dobbs told me their service guys have been there at least 2 years. So one day a automotive technician came into my store and I asked him about a certain part that dobbs has raised the price on me 3 times. This al's employee told me that most of their employee's have been there 15 years plus and to give them a try. I DID.. I Can say Al's is the best automotive company around.the most respect for the customers. They take their customers seriously. They explain everything in detail. They are very good at competing in prices. I give them an A+. THEY HAVE NATIONWIDE WARRANTIES THROUGH NAPA. I am just like the regular customer and I promise you this company is triple A approved and rated and you will come in with a car repair but leave as a happy customer. At least give them a chance. They deserve it. more

Great shop and great service! I was having trouble finding a shop that could diagnose the trouble with my car. Went to Al's and they found the problem and fixed it for less than the original estimate. I'm sold on their honest service and will tell my friends to go there as well. They specialize in value to the customer in my book. I trust them. more

Went there for a minor repair. Picked Al's because it was just down the street...WRONG DECISION. They over charged me ALLOT and replaced parts that supposedly needed replacing but when I asked for the bad parts back they said they had already discarded them. I DO NOT recommend this establishment. Felt I had been swindled and have heard similar stories from people in the area, apparently this is how they do business. more

If you have need for autorepairs, I would reccommend Al's Automotive in Fenton. They are christian owned, family owned, and as friendly as can be. They even remember me and my family whenever I have to visit. They are competitively priced and do good work. more
