I made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday. I was told they would call me to give me a 2 hour window. I called on Friday morning since I had not heard from anybody. I was told that my tecnician had not arrived yet to get his tickets, and that they make their calls between 830 and 930. I waited til 10 and called back. Was told he just picked up his tickets and should be calling soon. I waited til noon and called back. Was told they were calling the techniian to call me. I called back at 1:00. The lady said she was calling again. The lady called me back to see if he called. No, was gonna try him again. It is now 5:05 and the technician decides to call and say he will be here soon. When I asked him why he was calling so late when he should have called earlier, he said ""do you want me to come or not?"" Like I am going to let him in my house. Cancelled service, called and got the after hours people and left a message. Not sure if they will get it or not, but they will not be getting my business. Nice day off of work, right? Waiting and waiting ALL day. Comcast gives betetr service than this with their am/pm windows.
