First time today since you went automated. I have a 2011 Nissan Xterra, with a front plate that sits flush with the bumper. After going thru the wash, I found my front plate bent. Both edges were bent 90 degrees forward up to the holding bolts. I had to take it off to straighten it out. Plates will only bend so many times before they will break, then you have to buy replacement plates, not good. more

This is the worst car-wash I have ever gone to. I paid for ""the works"" and when my car was ready minutes later, the floors were still full of dirt, the back seat was full of dog hair, the trunk had not been vacuumed and the windows were dirty. I drove around and came back in to ask for a proper cleaning and the response was that the vacuum is ""just a pick up"" and that if I had left the tip with the guys in the back instead of the guys in the front, maybe I would have gotten a better service. I felt robbed and had to come home to clean the car myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone. more

One GREAT Car wash!! 3/2/2012

I love my cars so am always looking for car washes that will treat them with the same affection I have for my prized possessions. I have been using AL Paul for quite a few years and they do a great job with both the outside and the inside. The inside windows are spotless. Those that work there are not bored kids, rather they are experience people and I have noticed their turnover is low. I have never seen such a consistent group of people at a car wash as Al Paul. They are the best and if you live in the Cleveland area and want your car the cleanest both inside and outside this is your place. Any negative reviews mush be from chronic complainers. more

Not a good carwash stay away!!! 10/7/2011

This car wash is sloppy they smoke cigarettes while they are drying your car when I went they only shined two tires I called they would not do anything about it ....let me just say every other car wash in the Cleveland area is cheaper and does a better job Folks just don't go there avoid it more
