Bottom line---I think the doctors I've seen are good (Dr. Morishima, Dr. Chua and Dr. Ettinger) and I would continue to go there BUT (and this is an important BUT), the business office stinks! I called, ahead, and they told me that they accepted my insurance. AFTER seeing the doctor and several months afterwards, I find out they never renewed their contract with my insurance. Sparing you the details, I simply don't recommend them. If you're like me, I do not enjoy going to the doctor in the first place. It makes it ten times worse if you have to deal with the ramifications of their disorganization. I loved my previous doctor and his office, but I moved and had to find someone locally. I have never been inspired to write a review until I just logged on to look up the telephone number for this office and saw the last review. My experience with the doctor's in this practice has been fantastic. The office staff (like most I come across in the medical industry) is not the greatest. However for me I don't mind putting up with them for the opportunity to see Dr. Griffith or Dr. Chua. more
