This ""company"" will nickel and dime you after-the-fact. They were TWO HOURS LATE. All of my stuff was boxed up and ready to go; completely portable. Their drivers unnecessarily used expensive shrink wrap at every chance they had; without me even looking to stop them. Before I knew it, they had shrink wrapped the tiny drawers of a bedside table. THEY USED SHRINK WRAP LIKE IT WAS GOING OUT OF STYLE ON AN ITEM THEY WERE CARRYING DIRECTLY TO THE DUMPSTER - that item had only two small drawers! To top it off, THEY LOST SIX SCREWS THAT KEEP MY BED TOGETHER. AWFUL, HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE!!!!! more

This company is somehow tied to the company call Allstar Moving and Storage (which appears to be a better company than it really is.) I though I hired Allstar to do our move but Allways showed up with their dishonest ""driver"" who was continously asking for the cash up front. The made up fees as they drove down the road after the contract was signed and they wouldn't give us a copy of the contract. They black mailed us into paying the fees or else they wouldn't give us our household goods. They are expert con artist so be very weary of dealing with them! Pros: No Pros--Owner doesn't live in the USA (Pro for them!) Cons: They quote a price and add fees after you sign contract. more

I would give them a ZERO if I could. This company is a bunch of con artists. They will have you sign a blank work order and at the end of the day will ask for everything in cash before they will unload. They charged me 879.73 cash (who carries that kind of money), if I didn't give them all the cash they would take my most expensive furniture away on their truck and store it, then charge me storage and weight fees and travel fees. They were only going to give me 15 minutes to get the remaining balance. When calling the company to resolve the situation the lines ring busy so that you are unable to speak with someone. A $350 lamp was broke and their so called claims department is a joke also. They won't call you back because they will either have your stuff or your money. Cons: Demand money before they will unload the truck more
