On 5-2-12 signed an agreement with Allstate Gutters and paid 225.00 to replace some gutters at my home. I was told by the salesman that they could possibly be installed on the same day if I hurried and signed the proposal.
I took the rest of the day off work to wait on the installers .I got a call at the end of the day stating that they would not be out but rescheduled for the following day between 8:00am and 8:30. I called in late to l work so that i could wait on the installers at 9:00am I called the office and the person answering the phone stated that she had nothing to do with that i would have to talk to operations and transferred the call. The operations lady told me that they were running late, guess a call to a customer to let them know that they were going to miss an appointment is too much trouble, but the installer had left and was "ON HIS WAY"
With their office only 4 miles from my house I decided to call the salesman at 9:20 that had sold me the job to see if he could help he stated he had no control but he would check with operations after 10 min he called me back to say that that they were on the way and would be there.
I call the office back and asked to talk with the Manager/Owner Mark Stokes and was told he was not in and asked for a call back. At this point it was over an hour past the appointment time and I went to work.
I followed up with several calls to the manager and left several voice mails none were returned and Mark refused to speak with me.
I then went to their office to talk with the owner who told me that they would not do the work under any condition and not to ever call or stop by again
So now i am stuck dealing with this issue and trying to get my money back
USE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK and don't expect anything but grief from them
