Do yourselves a favor, if you plan on getting car and or home insurance, STAY AWAY FROM ...... ALLSTATE. Worst insurance agent on the face of the planet. He doesn't even know when his customer's became his customers!! When insurance claims hit his desk, he doesn't even apply them to the right vehicle and then when the insurance goes up on the wrong vehicle he argues with you saying he is right... (mind you this was three years ago) when he said I wasn't his client... (I have supporting documents saying I was his client for well over 5 years)... So my advice STAY AWAY from .... and Allstate in Geneva, IL... Up to you, but this was my experience, and I don't want anyone else to have the same one! more
