I lived at both sunset Villa and Villa Napoli. I do recommend Sunset Villa but do not go to Villa Napoli. The manager is a rip off. She spends your deposit on land-scaping and other bs while you get attacked in your apartment by swarms of ants and carpenter ants. I put in my 30 day notice, I moved out by the first (because she told me I had to turn in my keys on the 31st so I wouldn't get charged) and then when I got my deposit refund in the mail, it said I had to pay her 4 days of a pro-rate charge. FOR WHAT? I understand the rest of the charges but a pro rate for 4 days!? I don't understand. DO NOT MOVE HERE. She is money hungry and a rip off/. Hello my name is Jared Bishop, and i just recently visit villa napoli Apartments after seeing them in a for rent book . Very nice property in c hula vista and is in a convenient area. So i call for vacancies on a two bedroom apartment for my family and I . The rental rate is not a problem , me being employed by the US NAVY. So i call the property on Feb . 9th to get information about the apartment that i have been looking for and to my luck there is one available for move in , so I ask whom am i speaking with and she says Claudia the manager. I let her now i would be stopping by to see the apartment. So I arrived shortly after the call. Introduce my self and asked are you the manager she says yes. I asked if they had a two bedroom and she says we don't have any vacancies. Now how can that be if i just called. I felt as if the manager had racial profiled me because the color of my skin. She was very rude . i do not recommend even going especially if your are an African American. i mean i had just called and 30 minutes later arrived now doesn't that seem a little off . i am very offended by this . and i asked what company that ownes this complex.
