Last week I visited Allen Samuels to look at one of your pre-owned jeeps Wranglers. I was greeted by Chad who steered me through the process. Chad was knowledgeable about the vehicle & was able to answer all questions. His demeanor was amiable and relaxed. His attitude made the entire purchase transaction efficient and a clear departure from previous experiences at other dealerships. This is the first time that I recall where there was not something of an adversarial challenge to make a vehicle purchase. I believe I got the right product at the right price and, thanks to Chad, excellent customer service. I stand ready to recommend Allen Samuels to any one who inquire more

Mike, my sales guy, was friendly, easy to work with, no pressure, and helpful. Len the sales manager, gave me an outstanding deal. My finance person did an outstanding job of explaining everything and was very pleasant to converse with while filling out all of my paperwork. more
