Worst customer service everrrrr. The service rep there which his name is Michele is so un professional and disrespectful. I dropped of my car on Saturday morning because it was leaking oil from the gasket btw it's a 2011 chevy malibu bought the car in 2011 with zero milesss. Next thing you know he called me Monday morning n telling me that the car is ready to go and there hast been no leaks found n he told me to bring the rental back by 12:00pm which I had told him that my mom takes the car to work n she works an hour away from Glendale. He turns around n say tell her to bring the car during her lunch break which I flipped out that he was being one ignorant mother F"""". Tuesday morning I went to pick up the car n I even showed him the oil leaks from the gasket what he told me was it was a pervious oil from when they went a head and changed the pistons and piston ringss. The Vehicle was losing oil so they did a oil consumption test n I took the car to the dealer more than 6 times for the same problem n they can't figure out wth is going on. I hope Micheal n Mike are going to read this cus GM is going to call you guys pretty soon. You guys had been running me n my mother for past 5 months n not being able to figure out the problem n top of that u guys are giving me bs answers. Worst service department everrrrrrrrrr never seen anything like this before. It's waist of time to even step into that place. Mike guy aka the manager should've been the car wash guy not the manager. At least be the men n say we can't figure out what's going on instead giving me bs answering n having me back every god damn 3 weeks. GM should be ashamed having u two working there.
