Business first, physical therapy second 6/27/2011

The front desk is unfriendly and scolds you if you ask questions. The therapist was late for my appointment with him. He spent 20 minutes having me do a few exercises and paid no attention to my technique or pace - as he gave attention to other activities and people around him. Was then given a 20 minutes massage by a competent massage therapist and then left to relax with a heating pad for 20 minutes - which i could have done on my own time - instead of paying $100. I've had great experiences with physical therapists in the past, this was a real disappointment. more

Great therapists and staff 1/12/2011

I've been to their clinics several times-on the northside and the other one off Cerillos. They are very helpful and spend time. They really helped me get stronger and cared. more

Great therapist not so good reception 1/5/2010

I love the therapists Andrea and Virginia but the front desk (Eva) is 75 percent in a bad mood. I have to aggree with Mag5. Eva is the first person you see and you just don't know what mood she is going to be in. I felt as if I was walking on egg shells unitl my therapist came for me. Best staff in town 2/9/2009

I don't think Mag5 went to the same clinic. I've been going to Allcare for several years and their staff is great. The therapist that treated me is a Doctor and she spent a lot of time working on me to relieve my back pain. They have expanded their clinic each time I go so other patients must feel the same. Eva at the front desk is very friendly and has been there for years. I used to go to another clinic that had been in town for 20 years that is now closed. I only wish I had known about Allcare then. What a difference! Not only have they done an excellent job treating my back, but they are very nice. Pros: Excellent care and nice staff more

Very Disappointing 11/30/2008

Front desk is very disaorganized and not very friendly. I was not given a full treatment because the person before me had been 15 minutes late. I was told I would have the same therapist but they wanted to shuffle me between people. They leave you and never check on you- The environment is unpleasant- awful lighting, terrible music, endless talking between the staff and little attention to the clients. Cons: Service, Waiting Time, Front Desk, Ambience more

Caring professionals 11/29/2008

At AllCare they really gave me excellent therapy and were kind. I had the same therapist the whole time and she was only seeing me for the whole hour. I had been to another facility and they kept shuffling me between therapists and making me wait. I highly recommend it. Pros: Warm, professional, timely more
