I give this company 1 star only because I have provide one, but it does not even deserve 1 star. My husband has done business with Allbright for 2 years. He has spent hundreds of dollars. Just in June alone we spent at least $150 in this store. I took a blouse to them a month ago. It was brand new, worn 1 time. Royal blue in color, came back with big brown stains down 1 side almost like it had been splashed with some type of cleaner (spots were the color blue turns when you bleach it). I went back to the location 3 different times. The person in charge was not available and never would call me back so my husband went there. He was finally able to speak to the owner. The man told us the blouse was defective and he noticed the stain and tried to get it out. But if we brought the blouse back he would send it to a specialist to see if it was his fault, or a faulty blouse. Well that was 2 weeks ago. My husband has called every day for a week, and still no return call. I can handle the error of the blouse being ruined. But for total disregaurd to the custormes of Allbright Cleaners, who have made it possible for the doors to remain open in this hard economic time....The lady at the desk is no more just a clerk taking clothing than I am the Queen of England, but she is clueless every time we go in. She refuses to help and will not attempt getting the owner on the phone....The worst ethics I have found in a business. All I want is my blouse back. Ruined or not....He says it is defective, but I work for the company where it was purchased. We are on our 3rd season of making this blouse, just a different color for each season. No returns have ever been made for what he says is wrong with this blouse.
