Disagree with bad reviews 4/20/2012

I hate that anyone can say anything about any company on these kind of websites and essentially ruin a company. I'm a small business owner myself and understand the power of someone's review. I've been with Allsafe for a while now at my residence and have had no complaints nor have I gotten rude people on the phone or bad service. I recommended them to a friend of mine who decided to research them before using them and when she told me she would not use them because of the bad reviews I was shocked. I looked them up to see for myself and was a bit disappointed in what I read and I felt I had to share how happy I've been with them. I've been with this company for almost 7 years and I know they've been around longer than that and I don't think they would have survived this long in the industry if all they did was hang up on people and treat their customers badly. If you feel you've had a bad experience with one of the employees then talk to a manager who I'm sure can resolve your issue don't go posting your grievences online and hurt their business. This goes for ANY company. If you're looking for a good security company then I recomend Allsafe. more

RUDE!!!! 2/13/2012

I am surprised after reading these reviews that the owner has yet to let her go. She is representing the company, 1st impressions mean everything. I will never do business with this company! more

Bad Attitude and Disrespectful 6/8/2011

We have had an account for over 8 years and when I called to follow up on why invoices had been going to a wrong location and to update them, the receptionist answered with a bad tone, very aggressively, and simply stated she had to give me to someone else since our facility was past due. We were past due since they were sending the invoices to the wrong location and I was simply trying to clear it up so we could pay them promptly...but that was not even given any respect or kindness. I was transferred to another person who quickly said I was past due and when was I going to take care of the situation. I explained that the invoices had been going to the wrong delivery address and since we had been an owner for over 4 years why were they going there since the bill title went specifically to our owners, not the tenants of the location. She immediately got a tone and attitude, and proceeded to say it was our fault. So here I am trying to clear it up and they are upset with me???? I asked for the owner or manager and they said he was not available to take calls and his number would not be given out. He would call me badk if he had time. I guess its time to find a new company that respects and helps their customers first and foremost! more

Solid Security Company 9/13/2010

We've been with All Safe Security for 16 years. They purchased the company that put in the system on our first house. We never had any problems! Whenever we needed maintenance, they were fast and courteous. When we moved several years ago to another home, they were, of course, the first ones we called to work on our system. The home had an incomplete wired system which All Safe's team updated and added wireless connections to as well. We have been pleased with the response time from the monitoring center as well as All Safe's response to us- even in the middle of the night if necessary! I have enjoyed getting to know Sarah and she takes good care of us. We appreciate the personalized service that we receive and would not get with a monster company. We recommend All Safe to our family and friends. more

Great local company 8/16/2010

Had been with another security company and was unhappy with the impersonal service so I decided to ask around and research a bit and Allsafe Security was recommended to me. Met with their salesperson who was knowledegeable and friendly and compared to the larger security companies the pricing and contract terms were very appealing. I've been with Allsafe for almost 8 years and can honestly say that they've been a wonderful security company. more

All safe security 5/6/2010

Cancelled my service with them numerous times but I still keep getting the bills which I kept paying thinking this is the last one. But alas the bills keep coming until I stopped paying them. Then they started calling on a daily basis. Not to see why I cancelled but to threaten me with lawyers because of non payment. I explained that I had cancelled. they said they want it in writing. I sent three seperate letters and an email. But apparently there is another form of writing that they want. I guess registered mail is the next step. more

Worst Customer Service 10/29/2009

I have been dealing with this company for almost 4 years because my home was installed with their system and I have been too lazy to switch. Their receptionist is the rudest woman on the planet. From day one, every time I call she sounds annoyed and doesn't try to hide her annoyance with me. The long term problem was getting yard signs. The day I moved in to my house I was told the signs would be dropped off and it took about 3 years of phone calls, emails and letters to finally receive them. The receptionist gave me every excuse like they were out or they were on order or when they were in the neighborhood I would receive them. I even had my mother call which partially worked because later that week I received some window stickers in the mail. Today was the final straw when the receptionist said my credit card didn't work because their system won't take debit cards ""sometimes"". I asked her to try again since it is the way I have payed my bill every quarter for 4 years. After an argument she agreed to try it once more and it didn't work again. She then asked why I couldn't just write a check? I said I prefer to pay over the phone with my debit card because it's faster. I finally backed down and said I would send a check but asked if she could send the invoice with an envelope. She then has the nerve to say ""Well I don't know why you can't find your own envelope but whatever"". I was practically in tears at that point( I'm 8 months pregnant I might add). I could come up with many more instances but you get the point. I realized is it now time to switch companies because I don't need the stress of this unhappy woman for one more day. Avoid at all costs! 9/20/2007

We purchased a new property which was ""pre-wired"" by All-Safe Security for an alarm system and a 5.1 surround sound system. The alarm system seems fine (though we do not plan to pay for monitoring), but we tried to have them install speakers to take advantage of the pre-wiring, and it was a nightmare.\r \r Besides being almost impossible to contact (phone goes to a secretary who takes your name, but then never has anyone call back), they were unprofessional in almost every way possible. They failed to show up for appointments almost 10 times (w/o calling of course), took days to respond to voicemails, and didn't seem interested whatsoever in working with me. It took us over 2 months to get about 3 hours of work ""done"".\r \r The workman brought out incorrect speakers on 3 different occasions, requiring additional delays since they don't seem to keep any inventory and we had to wait on new speakers to be ordered. When they finally (partially) installed a subwoofer, it was an incorrect part and one that could not possibly work with any standard 5.1 surround sound system. I had to do the research myself (via internet and calling other speaker dealers) in order to confirm the issue. All-Safe didn't even KNOW it couldn't work, though they eventually ""checked it out"" themselves and concurred. I really don't think they know what they're doing.\r \r I had another audio guy come take a look at the situation, and he was aghast at the quality of speaker wire used in the pre-wiring. Given how longs the speaker wires are, there will be significant interference.\r \r Do yourself a favor and don't deal with All-Safe. Even if your property has some work by them, just pick someone else at random because they couldn't be much worse. Cons: Unresponsive, not knowledgable more

Solid service and value, good experience in the end 10/29/2006

AllSafe Security did a pre-build security install in my home. I was not at all happy with the communication during the build process, and we had some disagreement over wiring and components utilized. After the build was complete, to the credit of AllSafe, the general manager ensured that all items promised were fulfilled and clarified issues where communication had previously fallen short. Bottom line: the company could have been more effective with communication up front, but in the end AllSafe delivered a very solid, monitored security system as promised, and at a better price than the national competitors. I would recommend them as a better-priced, locally-based alternative to the national-brand home security providers. Pros: Good service, reasonable pricing Cons: Poor communication during install process more
