The customer service this applicance place offered was nil. They came out to give us an estimate on our refrigerator repair, charged us $53.00 and didn't return our calls for a simple thing, product numbers for the parts they quoted us. The service guy called someone to get estimates for the parts and seemed very chummy with whomever he was dealing with. After seeing the estimates for the parts I asked if I could get parts numbers so I could look around and compare prices on the internet. Service guy, named Noel agreed to call me back with them. I should have known then that he was not intending to call me back because what he should have done was call the parts guy back immediately and ask for them. Anyway, long story short, I called and called and was dealing with another man who was very difficult to understand and who kept promising Noel would call me back. I put in at least 5 calls to this company and they kept putting me off. Finally after one last call where I let them know I would be verbally letting people know of their poor customer service did the man I had been speaking with call me with the parts numbers, AT LAST! He then ended our conversation with ""Good luck."" For icing on the cake, my husband went over to the business in person to complain. He finally was able to speak with Noel about the lack of customer service only to be met with indifference and a smirk. Also turns out the guy, NOEL happens to be the owner according to his card. If the owner does not call customers back and allows his customers to be treated this poorly then I would venture to guess he is pretty used to doing so without any fear of repercussion. If you want to be frustrated, go ahead and give them a call.
