WORST SERVICE EVER! COMPLETELY INEPT!
I had to wait two days for a technician to be sent. He then arrived 45 minutes after dispatcher who called ahead said he would. No apologies. I sent him with keys to an apartment to diagnose an oven, and explained I might have to leave before he finished. I did ultimately have to leave. The tech called 1 time, left a voice mail that he was going to order parts (apparently they don't stock much), and said his office would call me to collect the service call fee (which was odd, because his office told me when I set the appointment that fee would be waived if I had them do repairs). He left me no call back number, and every expectation he would be back in 5 business days to finish the repair.
A week later I called the home office again to ensure we were on schedule. We were not. They told me it was my fault nothing had been ordered, that I owed them $55, and of course they had never called to collect / clarify -- that wasn't their job, and how dare I suggest it was--no matter what I'd been told by either of the two people I'd spoken with before!
They seem COMPLETELY inept, they don't stock repair parts, and either lie or willfully avoid communication! They have left me high and dry.
