This facility has given my wife and myself the worst experience with customer service.\r
We changed medical provider's so at the same token we need medical records for our daughter's new\r
Doctor. I tell you these employees for some reason did not want to give us the required information that we need. First it must be between 9am-3-pm because their is only one person is allowed to give out such information. Second they pretty much require you to go to their facility, hey what about fax. Third they will try to stall saying they have a lot on their plate so I might have to wait till next week. Parden me but I work in an IT department, that should only take you 5 minutes top's. Fourth They accept everything but mastercard, so American express and Discover with their high merchant rates yes. But not little ol' Mastercard. I find that hard to swallow. Fifth I would not tell any friend or family member or even you that this is a great place to go to for a Doctor's visit.
