All Phase Pool Remodeling

I agree with the other reviews here. My work is fine but the company leaves much to be desired. No one takes charge or comes by until the end guy. I was the supervisor of this job. I should have known when the salesman said"" I get paid whether you buy or not."" I went for a Walmart price and got Walmart service. I was also told we don't have staff to move the grill or one to do electrical. I had a problem with the pool light. Their solution was buy a new unit. I wanted to know if it was the bulb, it was. I know because I called the manufacturer. He helped me solve it. more

This company does a good job selling the product but their workmanship is poor. The work is completed quickly without taking the time to ensure a quality install. The install looks rather amateur. I would expect a professional installation considering the cost versus other vendors. I do not believe this company is committed to quality but rather a fast sell. I agree with the previous reviewer. You may want to avoid this company. more

This company sells you then does not deliver, unless you don't mind waiting almost two months for your pool to be remodeled. After their first subcontractor (they say they don't use them, but they do) completely botched the tile and waterfall job, the owner spent over a week trying to come up with a way to ""fix"" it that would cost him the least amount on $$. After trying to sell us on pavers for part of the deck, he said he would give them to us but only for the old deck and not the new portion that we added after we signed the contract. That's fine, but it would have still cost us thousands more than the acrylic we were suppose to get. We said no and then when they finally came to do the acrylic the guy said we didn't tell them we wanted them to do the new part too. Then why did we have their guys measure the new part? THREE times???? Eventually they had to take all of the tile down and redo it. They tiled the pool first and not the waterfall, which should be the first thing they did so that the pool tile flowed from that. But the waterfall tile was lined up with the pool tile and it looks stupid. For $2500 the waterfall should be perfect. Then they came to do the pool light, and said we didn't tell them we were going with a new one (yep, we did). The acrylic guy had to level out the waterfall planter because the guy that messed it up made it all crooked. Then they come to finish the waterfall plumbing and tell me they weren't told they needed some caps and would be back later. Nope. Had to call the office to find out it was something that needed to be ordered. Finally got the interior done yesterday and was told someone would be by to finish the lights, plumbing, etc yesterday or today. Nope. The only thing this company is on top of is whether or not you will have their check ready. I have had to call almost every day to get any info, and this job that was suppose to take 7-10 days is now almost six weeks. The tile is still crooked in spots on the waterfall, the work is lackluster at best. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your summer waiting for these guys to do your pool. Added May 22, 2011: So the pool is almost finished but then when they went to install the new light there is still a gap around it big enough to drive a truck through. It was actually falling out of the side of the pool!! Now they say they have to drain the pool past the light to put a plaster patch around it...I can't wait to see what that looks like. When I told the owner that I thought he should compensate us for all of this trouble, he wasn't very happy about it and actually had the nerve to bring up the money he was spending on gas to come out here multiple times to fix these things. His excuse is that on a ""construction"" site you are going to have ""issues"" come up. Unbelievable!!!! more
