Their business model is to hold your things hostage in their truck while they ""settle"" the bill. They will drive away if anything goes wrong because they make more money charging you for storing your stuff until you can pick it up later. So they'll play games like rack up the costs and hand you the bill from the cab of the truck with the engine still running. They'll also say your card was ""declined"" which is what happened to me, even though I was in communication with my bank at the same time and they told me there was plenty of money in the account and they they didn't even see an *attempt* made to charge the card. So yeah, great company if you like having all your belongings held ransom. And don't bother calling the head office. They'll be completely unresponsive and belligerent. I told the guy at the head office I'd be telling everyone I could that they prey on people when they are vulnerable because they will and have driven away with people's belongings. His response was ""go ahead!"" Here you go, dude. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
