I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. They are a f... Joke. Watch out for the Hispanic dude... He is a piece of sh.... And the white dude at the front desk with beard, he is a lazy guy. I was like all ford cool. But they didn't try to move a single finger to try to get my money..... My suggestion! Try a real junk yard. Don't waiste your time here.!!! more

What a waste of time fiasco to deal with these knuckleheads...I used knuckleheads loosely as this word clearly does NOT do their lack of skill set, business model, customer service or general intelligence ANY justice. These criminals recommend the wrong parts (careful there is no refund or credit for THEIR idiocy!), chastise their patrons for not ensuring that their staff pulled the correct parts, have zero consideration for their patrons work schedules (they're only open Monday - Friday 8 - 5 and encourage their staff to ""drag their feet"" while pulling products), they will not pull product to prepare for an efficient pickup (even when tight time schedules are communicated). When I brought my DAMAGED product back they gaffed at me stating that I ""bought them so I own them"". When questioned on their complete lack of customer service the OWNER proudly announced that ""this ain't Del Taco and stop whining like a little bitch!"". When I pressed forward to question this school of thought the OWNER told me he'd ""kick me off his lot WITHOUT my previous purchased product"". When I assured him that I will not be leaving without my purchased product he threatened me with physical violence. He literally stated that he ""would kick my ass and don't forget that you're (the customer mind you) smaller than everyone else here""! This place is rinky-dink, disorganized, inefficient, inconsiderate and down right UNSAFE. The product they sold me had EXTREMELY limited life left on it and would ultimate cause more harm than good; potentially loss of life!! This is per my mechanic of 15 years whom I trust! Again, when tired of waiting (50+ min each visit), out of time and needing a refund they WILL NOT SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS! ALLFORDS BLOWS, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OPEN YOUR WALLET ANYWHERE NEAR THESE F'n BUFFOON BULLIES!!!! more

had to put one star because doesnt let me put zero. they suck couldn't find my part. plus there prices are like dealer price !!! you could find most parts in aftermarket with same price but new!!! yes new not used not after 5-10 or more years old!!!!parts at same price's there prices suck !!!! more

They try to sell a used part for $75 plus $25 for 5 miles delivary,which i got it from Fairway Ford for $57 and free delivary. I do not trust these guys very unproffessional. more
