Our home had the gamut of issues - spots and stains on carpets and upholstery, pet urine problems, and a heavily soiled, very old oriental rug. The technician, Bruce, took a long time to evaluate our issues and explain our options. He was incredibly informative - I learned things I was never told by my salesmen or designer. Our carpets and upholstery now look great, our home no longer has that pesky urine odor, and even our oriental rug was returned to us in great shape, with the damaged fringe replaced. I had terrible experiences before with carpet cleaning companies and was hesitate to try another company but I am so happy that I tried All County CD. My puppy had an accident on our living room carpet and I tried to clean it myself but it left a circle of discoloration in the carpet. We have had all kinds of service people in our home, and we can honestly say that we have never felt like they respected our home and our needs. While we expect our carpets and upholstery to get cleaned, we also wanted someone to be careful of our furnishings, recommend solutions, pay attention to the baseboards and corners, and make sure that we felt that every issue was addressed. This is the first company that actually met - or exceeded - our expectations!
