My folks have had All Cities for years. Bill and the other employees are wonderful. They have gone out of their way for us frequently, which I appreciate. \r
However, in January, our pool filter had to be replaced. They needed to do some wiring in the house for the keypad in the house. It's been 5 months, and it hasn't been fixed. I've called and called. Someone was supposed to be here Wednesday (I waited all day), but they were a no-show. This is so inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will try to call again. After that, if it isn't fixed, I will file a case in Small Claims Court and find a new pool company.
