Service man showed up at 9 pm when appointment was at 3 I really needed to have the service done on my ASKO dryer, so I let that fly. But then the next day the service man called me telling me they couldn't find the part when they went on line. I called the co ASKO USA and they told me they had the part in stock. So I called him back and he said he would verify it. Then he called back to say that it would be some $200 and something minus the $50 I gave for the visit and the part won't be there till the following wednesday and he could come on thursday Jan5.
I called on Wednesday 4 the appliance office and the owner told me he would have the service man call me. But he didn't so I called him and he picked up and said he will call the office and find out and will call me. Well this started a series of phone calls where the repair man never called me back where the owner said the part was back order even after telling him I had called the ASKO directly and they said they had it. I really needed to get the dryer repaired and they were giving me the run around and even if it was back ordered the owner George would not tell me when they would have the part. He was nasty over the phone and his tone indicated he had taken me for a ride and I was out of my deposit. Be aware of this appliance co he is part of Service Magic website with good reviews and that's what I relied on and instead they took me for a ride!!!!!
