If you want good employees to take care of your elderly then you should have someone who is barely over 18 to interview (Stephanie) for good staff , she barely knows how to make her bed besides , make a HR staff. , has she ever taken care of a elderly person in their home? or anyone at that..based on her decisions off hiring staff with no experience , shows her mentality.. Your company hired her to oversee the hiring, based on ?? she hires for Homemaker services and CNA 's she has never been in the field of Healthcare, not a wise hirer there ..
