Aldo's Pizza

Their slices are pretty good, especially Sicilian. Not as good as Gino's, in my opinion, but better than New Park. I decided to order pizza from there for delivery because I enjoy the slices, but that was somewhat of a letdown. I ordered 2 types - plain cheese and pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper. The delivery took an hour, even though I live close by and it was a Sunday afternoon (presumably not a super busy time). The plain pizza was pretty good (a bit cold and greasy, but still good). The pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper was gross - the green peppers were really, really soggy and the pepperoni was super greasy. That pizza was also cold. One of the people eating it said it was some of the worst pizzas they'd ever had. I'd still go there for a slice if I didn't have time to go all the way down to Gino's, but I'd never have their pizza delivered again. more

Alot better than most. Try this place and you will fall in love. Great squares also. I would go to this place anyday over newpark pizza. Not as great and some but a heck of a lot better than most pizza joints in queens. more
