Steven and John are really good! It is so refreshing doing business with honest guys that do business the "old fashioned" way --- Customer Service at a fair price!! I originally called and left them a voicemail. The call back came within 10 mins. They showed up precisely when they said. They were extremely knowledgeable about my garage door setup. They replaced the torsion springs and then without charge, they checked my motors and lubricated the entire system. They didn't try to sell me things I didn 't need and gave me maintenance suggestions to prolong the life of the door mechanisms. If you have a garage door problem...Steven is the guy to call, period. more

I saved time and money 8/5/2014

I really wish I would have contacted then sooner than I did. My garage door was falling apart and I needed someone to come over quickly and fix it before it did. I called this company- and they showed up the same day. They saved me a headache of having to deal with it by myself, and saved me a hole in my pockets by providing the best deals! You should call them today for great deals on repairs and replacements! more

were supposed to go out Saturday night 7/29/2014

We were supposed to go out Saturday night but our garage door was good and stuck. The real problem was that I had a plane to catch the next morning and both cars were in the garage. I called at approximately 5:30, and the person who answered said that someone would come between 9:00 and 11:00. Johnny arrived at 8:30. He was friendly and courteous, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing in a clear way, and offered reassurance about the repair. He represents your company very well and we were glad to have our door running better than before within a couple of hours. more

Bobby was excellent! He was on time, diagnosed the issue and completed the repairs very quickly. He was very professional and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better service! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! more
