I prefer Alamo to other rental agencies. We had horrendous experiences with Budget in Kodiak, Alaska, and renting with Fox out of LAX. Alamo is reasonably priced and the service has always been expedient, easy, and friendly. They are my #1 choice. more

Roaches in Alamo's Cars 8/20/2011

So, I didn't have a bad experience reserving, paying for, picking up, or driving my car. My horrific experience came when I when out to my car one evening and found a HUGE roach on the steering wheel. I ran into my friend's house SCREAMING. My friend and I went out with a flashlight and found there were also about ten smaller roaches crawling around all over my things!!!!!!!!! more
