I had purchased furniture from a company that went out of business (Patio Source). My furniture is now in need of its warranty. I went to another local Patio Furniture store that is close to my home. They would not help me because I did not purchase it from them.
I called Saddleback and explained my situation. They told me to bring in a photo so they can identify the collection and they will see what they can do. I did just that. They did ID the furniture even though they dont carry this item or manufacture. (that is knowing your business)
They gave me the number of the manufacture and told me to explain my situation. I called and told them that Saddleback of San Diego said to call.
My furniture is now all fixed and some of it even got replaced with new items. This is all thanks to Saddleback of San Diego. They did not act like the ""other"" patio store just because I didn't give them any money. Saddleback was so nice and willing to help. I regret not spending my money w/ Saddleback. I can see why they are still in business. Even in these hard times, Saddleback is still about the service and not the dollar.
I want to thank Saddleback of San Diego and it's associates for their knowledge, kindness and their expectation of only providing the highest level of service, even for a customer that was not theirs.
I cant wait to actually spend money with them.
