I recently had a heater problem (no heat!) during the last cold snap. I called Air Tech on Monday morning and later that morning the tech, Kyle, showed up. A young man that obviously know his AC/heat systems. more

I had a great experience 3/6/2015

I had a very good experience with the technician who came to my house. He was extremely helpful and thorough. I did not feel like he was in a hurry to get done and leave. He took his time, and showed me what the issues were with furnace. more

I was very pleased with the service and attention we received from the beginning to the end. We had our primary a/c unit replaced, new duct and existing duct work, plus new vents installed in the roof. The service crew was on time. efficient, and did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. more

Initially talking with Steve we decided to completely redo our existing system choosing zoning to help with heating and cooling our 2 story. We were very happy with Steve's knowledge and expertise. We were very pleased with the way the crew came in and totally took care of everything. Much to our surprise, when the crew left you couldn't tell they had even been here (believe me it was a messy job) except for the efficiency of our new system. We were looking for a great company that took care of its clients, establishing a long term relationship taking care of our heating and cooling needs and we found one. Thank you Steve and everyone at Air Tech! more

I found Air Tech on Angie’s List and they had over 800 positive reviews, with an A+ rating. I called them on afternoon of the 18th and they were at my house in less than three hours and had my unit repaired right away. Their pricing was very reasonable, the technicians very professional, and they even offered to call in the next day to see if I could get a refund since my unit was still under warranty – a unit that Air Tech did no install. They went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them. more

The quote was made quickly and the service was arranged for the next day – something you can’t count on in the busy time of the year but nonetheless was nice. The install was done in a matter of hours, and was professionally handled. Don’t hesitate to use them as they do an excellent job. more

Although I have used other companies in the past, since finding them on Angie's List over a year ago, I will never go back to anyone else. Home is more comfortable now after new install 12/2/2013

Air Tech of Houston analyzed our entire heating and air conditioning system (originally installed 30 years ago) and recommended a complete upgrade of equipment including replacing air ducts. They did the job and we have been completely satisfied ever since. Besides lowering our monthly electricity usage, our home is far more comfortable than it was before the new installation. more

My son and his wife gave me the phone number and recommended Air Tech of Houston when my AC quit working. A Real person answered the phone!!! I was informed a technician named Joe would be here between 1 and 2. And he was. It was raining cats and dogs and he was able to determine what was wrong and take pictures to be sure he returned with the correct fan motor. Joe returned the next day between 1 and 2 with the correct motor and fixed it in a jiffy!! He also looked at my inside unit as I requested, to give me information I needed for the future. He was courteous and I felt safe, since I live alone. I would definitely recommend Air Tech of Houston to all my friends!! Cost was affordable for a retiree. more

Chris was systematic and thorough in his evaluation of what was wrong. Had to replace a transformer, fixed some wiring and recharged the coolant. Also had to replace the control board. Unit works better than ever and even though it cost some money for all this, was done professionally and each step explained. Will call them back again! more
