Daughter called them 6-20-11, told them a/c had a leak in the line. They got there at 3:55 and left at 4:10. He told me the leak was on the inside of the unit and would call daughter when he got the amount for the part. Also told me the amount was $87.00 for him to come out and to send the money right away. The thing is, I know it takes at least 2 to 3 minutes to get the lid off the a/c and 2 to 3 minutes to put it back on. So he figured what was wrong with my a/c in a matter of 9 minutes. Also they were suppose to call daughter, they never did. She started calling them on 6-21 at 8:00 in the morning. She finally got someone on the phone, they said they would find out what was going on and call her back, they still have not. I am sure they are gonna want their money though. (BUYER BEWARE) I am a believer in good service and most of all, HONESTY and I did not get either. I want everyone to know this company will take your money.Add on: Today is 9/12/11 and I am getting a bill from these people. Almost 3 months later, a bill. Tried to call them and they still do not answer the phone.
