My hot water heater was 25 years old when it started leaking. I seen their convincing ad in the telephone book and called them and I informed them that I needed a water heater replaced. They said that they would have to come to my house and make their own assessment. I told them that all they had to do was to bring a 40 inch 52 gallon water heater. They insisted that they must see the job and it would cost me $59.00 to make their own assessment.. They came out and said that I needed a new water heater and the guy said we could go three ways: $1800 with a lifetime warranty and then he said a figure around $1400 with a 20 year warranty and the final quote was $ 954.00. I wrote the guy a check and asked him to leave my house. I called Larry's plumbing and told them what I needed and they came out the next day with the correct waterheater and charged me $450.00. I felt cheated out of $59.00 and also their name is missleading. Compared to other places they are not affordable.
