We were so impressed with their speed, knowledge, and quality of service. MrLaundryman saved us several hundred dollars which was previously estimated to repair our 7 yr. old washer. Sam is incredible! My wife and I called him in desperation to fix our dryer after getting yanked around by another repair company for three months! Sam came in, sized up the problem and fixed it. I never thought I'd see the day when I'm actually EXCITED to do laundry - but here it is and thanks to Sam, I can do so with no buzzing noise and no draining problems. I googled a repairman for that purpose and his website was the first to come up followed by Yelp - and upon seeing all the raving reviews, I knew I need not look much further. And thank you yelpers for not letting us down! I called Tuesday and spoke to Sam - he said he'd be able to send someone (another Sam Jr) the next day. So Sam Sr, who is his Brother, calls me up and says he can come early. Unfortunately, I had to stick to the 5pm appt - but he was there at 5pm on the dot. We explained some things and then he went to work - drained some disgusting water out of that poor pump and lo and behold - pulls out green mardi gra looking beads. Uhm yeaaa, that would be from St. Patty's Day...uhhh...yea....oops. After cracking some jokes about not doing laundry while intoxicated (again oops!), he finishes up the job and chats about the company, etc. Lucky us for getting the Guru himself. These guys are the real deal. Honest, personable, funny, chatty and they keep it real - giving tips and easy solutions for free along the way. And all this for a very reasonable price backed up by a 3 month guarantee. wha-wha! I would give more stars if I could and I def would recommend them to all.
