Worst service ever my husband wanted to put a new door up and had this company come out to do it he was at work and i was at home the day they came out the guys were very unprofessional every time i came outside or in the garage and asked if they needed anything thing they were hitting on me and trying to flirt with me anytime i came outside i felt very upset and didnt go outside anymore because i felt very nervous with them being there i called and told my husband he was very mad he said it was a huge mistake that he called them he called to the office to complain and in return the office was even more disrespectful then the workers never again with this place more

worst service ever. had a new door put up at my house the guys had a certian time to be there they were 2 hours late and i was there only job for the day the guys that came out looked unprofessional there apperance was bad they looked homeless there uniforms were very unprofessional they acted like they had no idea how to do there job they were taking breaks every 10 min they were on the job all day and the job should of only been around 4 hours instead of asking me to use the bathroom when they needed my neighbor tells me that they were using my bushes on the side of the house he saw them a number of times doing it thats unprofessional these guys would take smoke breaks and instead of throwing there butts in my trash cans after they left i had a driveway full of cigarette butts i had to clean up and they left parts behind from my old door they finished the job and told me it was a cod and i had to pay right now with cash only when i was going to be billed from the office i called the office to give the guys a bad review and come to find out the office didnt even care how they acted on the job this place is a waste of space next time i need work done im calling action door they are way better than this low life place more

Untruthful information and common misconseption 7/6/2008

I am only writting this clear up a few ""untrue"" words left by Eyarina in regards to Advance Door Company. First off, this person ""Eyarina"" was not a inquiring customer who wanted pricing for their home or business but is a ""telemarketer/persistant salesperson"". Unfortunately, the first sentence written is already untruthful as there is NOR EVER WAS a ""Jerry"" that worked at Advance Door Company also in that first sentence Advance Door was refered to as ""Advanced"" that is again a very common misconseption that is made by persistant sales people/telemarketers . The name ""Jerry"" is given to the persistant sales people/telemarketers that do not let up and call constintly while the Advance Door employees are tring to answer the legit phone calls of customers whom really need service or have install work needed at there home or business. The name ""Jerry"" is given to the persistant sales people/ telemarketers that call and attempt to ""trick"" the office staff into giving the owners ""personal"" cell phone or use are fax number as a phone number as well and attempt to then send useless information. Lastly, all of The Advance Door Company employees are professional and courteous and once again the ""Jerry"" name is only given out as a final attempt to ward off persistant sales people/telemarketers so the employees of Advance Door Co can do their job and answer to ""real"" customers and help those ""real"" customers with door/operator needs. Most Disrespectful Employees I have ever dealt with... 5/21/2008

This is the first time I have ever written a review about a company, but I was so disrespected by Advanced Door Company that I felt it was worth writing. I was calling their office to request some information on their pricing and I was referred by a friend to speak with Jerry at Advanced Door because they seemed to have such a great experience with him. I really don't know how that is possible. I wanted to leave my name and number so that he could get back to me to discuss some of the pricing and other options available at Advanced Door Co. They do not have a website for that information, so the only other way to get it was to call and find out. No wonder they don't have a website and they remain a small company. They treat their customers horribly. I asked for Jerry and he wasn't in. I asked what a better time to reach him was and was planning on leaving my name and number when the receptionist hung up on me. I thought this was absolutely uncalled for. You know what they say, you have one bad experience and you are going to tell 100 people, you have one good experience and you might tell 10. I will bad mouth this company until the day I die for the way their receptionist spoke to me and finally hung up on me. Thanks for such a great experience (sarcasm) Advanced Door Company. Pros: To me, there are no pros Cons: There are too many to list more
