Extremely Rude customer service. I brought a package with a prepaid mailer to be returned. The sandy-haired man bragged about how he never charges customers to re-tape packages and how his customers like that. I returned 2 days later as he had not put the new mailer on the package and it came back to me. I merely wanted to re-send it. Instead, he got all indignant and said I was argumentative and that I had never been there with that package. I was further stunned when he told me I asked him to tape it up and never offered to pay for the tape or even thanked him for his service. I was told to take my business elsewhere! GLADLY! I have never been treated so rudely and I was stunned. I will NOT return. more

I don't typically go to this center, because I find the staff to be marginally friendly. I went there today because I was running short on time (not enough time to go to my favorite place - Alki Mail and Dispatch), and was scolded because I used my debit card to mail a package. I understand they have to pay a fee, but no need to scold me for it. He then told me if I keep coming back there, he will go out of business. This pretty much guaranteed I won't ever go back there again, so good luck with your business. more

I went in to send a small package of dvdrs to canada,a small basic package.. im a musician and have released several albums, and collect concert dvds of local and regional performances. the older guy had me wait, patiently while he uploaded the software to send ups. First off, IM not the one with a sign out front saying that I mail packages, due to his sign i assumed they could send a simple package to canada. I wasted valuable time waitng only to be told to go to the UPS store. which is a long ways the other direction if you are walking like me. anyhow, old dude, retire now man, you are ruining your business reputation by being rude to customers. Just because i have long hair or whatever doesnt mean im doing something suspicious.. so I do not reccomend this business to anyone. \r I really support and prefer local businesses and wanted to find a closer place to mail stuff...i guess im still looking.:(\r more

Very helpful, professional, polite. Also houses a travel agency. FedX, UPS, International Mail and photo copies. Also a fax machine and computer to use. more

Today I went in to make some xerox copies. When I had a question regarding how to make an enlargement, I was told ""I don't have time, go to a UPS store."" Unbelievable! Incredibly rude and lazy customer service. more

I've been there a lot lately and their customer service is second to none. You know about tech geeks, well these two guys are mail geeks. They'll take you in hand and explain all the options and they're friendly also. Great stuff! more

When it comes to mailing and business services, these guys are hard to beat. We have a small business, and they were instrumental in assisting us with what package mailing services to utilize depending on sizes and weights of our products. The info has saved us a lot of wasted time to trying to figure it all out ourselves. Additionally, when we get caught without the right size of box, they have it at a very reasonable price. We drop off our Fed Ex outgoing packages there, and even though we are not buying any services or supplies, they take the time to independently log the packages, so they have their own record of your packages going out the door. This business is my customer service idol. I'm just disappointed I don't have occasion to purchase more products and services from them. more
