HORRIBLE SERVICE! We had an appointment with Total Appliance to come out to look at our oven, but a friend of mine recommended Addysmar to us, so we decided to give them a try. We paid $65 for their technician to come to diagnose the oven, and then he refused to do the work because it was ""too risky"" a job. We spoke with the parts dealer ourselves, who said it was not a risky job, but that this was a very small company, and had we went with a more ""reputable"" company they would have used proper equipment to diagnose the problem and would have done the work.\r
They said that the technician, Mario, from Addysmar, most likely did not have the proper equipment and is simply guessing that this is the solution, and doesn't want to risk being wrong.\r
Long story short, the company will not refund our money, nor will their technician do the work. We now have to call a reputable dealer and pay the charge again to get this fixed.\r

Total just came out and fixed it in five minutes. It was not the board that Mario said it was. I tried calling Josephine at Addysmar to tell her in a nice way that he was wrong with his diagnosis and she hung up on me before I got the words out!
