I am the mother of the bride and feel responsible for sending the entire bridal to added attraction in Garwood NJ if was on my refferal. Many years ago I used added attraction for my daughters communion and did not have a problem. However, I can not say the same this time.
After the girls paid almost $200.00 dollars for their dresses, and $120.00 for alterations, upon picking up the gowns, 2 of the dresses had stains, and one of the dresses had a pull.
I called several times and left messages but never received a return call.
I finally reached a person I could talk to and it was a very young girl. I asked to talk to the owner but she would not get on the phone. I could hear her in the back round telling the girl what to say. I was told "don't worry about it". When I asked why the dresses had stains, I was told "the fabic is delicate". What does that mean? Added attractions is going to have the dresses cleaned. But the girls purchased new dresses, or so they thought, why would they have the need for dry cleaning? Very poor customer service, pass this one by.
