Usually have had great service from this store. However, yesterday, bought a new coffee maker and got it home only to find out that the lever that controls/allows the coffee to drip into the carafe was ""left out of the box"". We called, and had to go ALL the way back to get this small but important part. The only thing we were told was sorry, must have forgotten to put it in the box. If we had lived far away, like Monroe or some such place, this would have been a HUGE inconvenience. It will be hard to go back, without thoroughly checking out the next appliance. Don't trust the sales guy to have everything in the box. It won't be there. This is not Macy's, but you also don't pay the Macy's big price on these items.
